About these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve accommodation, book a transfer or commit us to providing any service. Any engagement begins only when it has been agreed with you in writing and the applicable service terms have been provided.
Our services
We provide accommodation support, airport transfers, student support, UK guarantor support and private driver services. Availability varies, and some services depend on eligibility criteria, timing and third-party availability. The UK guarantor service is offered to eligible students only, assessed case by case.
Third-party providers
Some services are delivered with the help of carefully chosen third parties, including landlords, accommodation providers and licensed drivers. Where a third party contracts directly with you, their own terms apply to that arrangement.
Information on this website
We take care to keep this website accurate, but its content is general information rather than advice, and it may change without notice. Nothing here is legal, immigration or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse this website — including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt it, or using the enquiry form to send unsolicited or automated messages.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
